3M Scotch-Weld DP8410NS Acrylic Adhesive Green is a two component, heat curing, high performance adhesive that is used for bonding with metals and plastics. It consists of glass beads that provide a controlled bond line thickness. It offers excellent structural, impact, peel, and shear strength. 10:1 mix ratio

Directions for Use:
1. Store cartridges with cap end up to allow any air bubbles to rise towards the tip. To use, simply insert the cartridge into the EPX applicator and start the plunger into the cylinders using light pressure on the trigger. Then remove the cap and expel a small amount of adhesive to ensure material flows freely from both sides of cartridge. Attach an EPX 10:1 45ml mixing nozzle to the cartridge and begin dispensing the adhesive.
2. Apply adhesive to clean, dry substrates, which are free of paint, oxide films, oils, dust, mold release agents and all other surface contaminants.
3. Allow adhesvie to cures at 16 celsius until completely firm. Applying heat up to 66 degrees celsius will increase cure speed.
4. Keep parts from moving during cure. Apply contact pressure or fixture in place inf necessary.
5. Excess uncured adhesive can be cleaned up with keotone-type solvents.

** Note: DP-8810NS Adhesive requires 3M EPX Plus II Applicator, 3M EPX Plus II 10:1 Plunger and 10:1 45ml Mixing nozzle for proper use **
