3M Scotch-Weld EPX Plus II Applicator is used to dispense 3M Scotch-Weld adhesive in duo-pak cartridges. It is a  low-cost portable, self contained metering, mixing and dispensing machine that similtaneously meters, and mixes two-part adhesive as the material is applied. 

3M Scotch-Weld EPX Plus II Applicator is used with 37ml, 45ml and 50ml cartridges.

The EPX Plus II Applicator comes with shared 1:1, 2:1, and 10:1 plunger.

Smoker Repair

I experimented using 3M Scotch-Weld Acrylic Adhesive DP8410NS to repair a hinge on a smoker instead of welding. The adhesive cartridge was applied using the 3M Scotch-Weld EPX Plus II Applicator, which was easy to use. The applicator is paired wirh a mixing nozzle to blend the two-part adhesive together. There was ample time to apply and secure work pieces before hardening. The adhesive has successfully held under 250 degF internal smoker temperature. I will definitely use these products for other projects.
